A country where peace the well-preserved is the host.
The medieval tower overlooks the town intended by Omodei, the noble family that in 1623 he built also the namesake building, now fully restored, a palace built in the sign of moderation, which is characterized by a harmonious succession of windows.
Immersed in the green of chestnut and apple orchards, Sernio recalls the agricultural tradition thanks to a dish: the chisciol, the savory buckwheat pancakes and cheese.
But traces of the past are also at the church of Saints Cosmas and Damian (XIII century) and the Chiesa della Madonna delle Grazie (XVII).
